Getting quality links can be extremely difficult to some. Here is a technique where you can easily set up a page in minutes and have a quality link in google.

Sign up for a google email account

After signing up go to http://www.pages.google.com

Create a single webpage and add a couple of your links.

Then publish.

It should not take you longer then 10 minutes to do and you have just built yourself the quickest quality webpage.
